White Bear Lake Area Educators, Local #7286, has advanced the rights and interests of its members for over 60 years.  Together we’ve secured competitive salaries and benefits and ensured safe, supportive working conditions.  We’ve advanced our professional practice and advocated for all educators and their students.

Our full-time release president, Tiffany Dittrich, is joined by an outstanding team of nearly forty leaders in the fifteen buildings across our district.  Together, they continue to fulfill White Bear Lake Area Educators’ legacy of support for the over 600 members of our organization.
